Life is too busy to be posting every day.
Spent 3 fun days in Ipoh on a golfing trip 24-26th Feb. Played 'Clearwater', 'Meru Valley' & Kinta Clubs. Meru Valley is 27 holes and was the best of the three we played.

Last week-end I upgraded my 'LiteSpeed' mountain bike, with a nice set of hydraulic disc brakes.
Today I rode 2 hours on my road bike, the first time I have had it out for a while.
