Government Building day

Busy day today. My wife went to the British High Com to collected her new 48 page passport. Her old one was 36 pages with 3 years to run, but no pages left, so had to get a new one. She was going to get another 36 pager, until I queried if she was planning to do less travelling over the next 10 years!....hence the change of mind and the extra cost of 12 more pages!!

Then off we go to the Ministry of Immigresen (second time in one week), but this time with a COMPLETE set of forms to renew our MM2H five year visa. We will know in seven working days if all is in order, and then we can collect.

Next we paid a visit to the Ministry of Finance (also in Putrajaya). What an impressive building.
We met with an extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful young lady, who spoke perfect English, and she answered all our queries promptly and efficiently. We were most impressed.

After the Epic Bash  http://www.klmbh.org on Sunday, my mountain bike required some 'fine tuning' and brake pad replacement, so this task was the last of the day before the family and I enjoyed a delightful meal at Robson Restaurant.
